APPOINTMENTS: KIST operates by appointment only. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please come with bare nails unless a removal has been booked with your service.
DEPOSITS: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are applied towards your total at the time of service.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and the transfer of your deposit to a new booking or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS: Clients arriving more than 15 mins late may need to be rescheduled to maintain service quality. Late arrivals are not guaranteed full service.
GUEST POLICY: To preserve a calm, focused environment, no additional guests are permitted.
SERVICE STANDARDS: KIST prioritizes detail, finish and longevity. Not all requests may be accommodated if the compromises the quality or nail health.
REFILLS & MAINTENANCE: KIST services are designed to be maintained every 2-4 weeks, depending on wear and lifestyle. Longevity varies by individual.
ACCEPTANCE: Booking an appointment with KIST indicates acceptance of all policies.
